Return Policy

This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from Wristsiearth may be returned or exchanged. We aim to handle all return requests fairly and transparently.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. For large furniture items such as desks and chairs, the return window is 7 days from delivery.

2. Eligible Items

Returns are accepted for unused products in original packaging with all included accessories and documentation. Items must show no signs of assembly, wear, or modification.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products that have been assembled, used, or modified
• Items damaged due to improper assembly or use
• Custom-configured or made-to-order products
• Digital guides or downloadable content

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at contact@wristsiearth.world with your order details and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorisation reference within two business days.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Refunds will not be processed until the returned item is received and inspected.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or size, contact us before returning the product. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional shipping cost to you.

9. Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand). Products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.
